Founded in 1988, they have been known for the use of computer-aided architectural design. From interest in new technology that translated machinelike forms into buildings.

High Line 23 Condominium tower (2005-07)is a thirteen story mixed-use building located on a narrow site adjacent to Manhattan’s High Lane. It will house ground-floor gallery spaces and twelve condominium loft apartments (one per floor). The exterior skin of High Lane 23 gives the building the appearance of being partially dressed.

By covering and uncovering certain part of the building, the stylish skin of High Lane 23 works like a piece of clothing to hide or shelter the inhabitants of the building while also revealing what is underneath.
